Located within the Hospedería de Sádaba, the TH restaurant and its café, La Terraza en las Cinco Villas, are a gastronomic gem with nearly thirty years of experience in the industry, attracting customers from all over Spain.

 

Under the direction of Toni Hurtado, the restaurant stands out for using the finest products from Aragón and Navarra, showcasing the richness of our border region.

Gastronomy

Our menu blends the best of two local farming regions, following the “Kilometre 0” philosophy, prioritising local products. From natural honeys to Sádaba lamb, Biota organic beef, rice from the local cooperative, and regional wines, we offer a truly unique culinary experience.

With a kitchen that fuses tradition and modernity, we serve everything from roast lamb to innovative rice dishes and creative plates like the cold “surf and turf” of chicken with goose barnacles. Our carefully selected wine cellar includes local Garnacha wines and modern varieties from various Spanish denominations of origin.

We proudly feature local charcuterie, from lamb sausages to butifarras and cheeses from the Cinco Villas. We work with organic, biodynamic, and homeodynamic agriculture, and offer local products such as oils, Luesia beans, chocolates from Sos, as well as ham and mushrooms from the region.

 

Our menu also includes traditional butter tortas and wood-fired bread, freshly made in the local oven. Welcome to Cinco Villas and the Hospedería de Sádaba! We look forward to hosting you.
