Located within the Hospedería de Sádaba, the TH restaurant and its cafeteria La Terraza in the Cinco Villas are a gastronomic jewel with nearly thirty years of experience in the sector, attracting customers from all over Spain. Under the direction of Toni Hurtado, the restaurant stands out for using the best products from Aragon and Navarre, taking advantage of the richness of our border region.
Our menu combines the best of both regions, following the “Kilometre 0” philosophy, prioritising local products. From natural honeys to lamb from Sádaba, lamb from Biota, rice from the local cooperative and wines from the region, we offer a unique culinary experience.
With cuisine that fuses the traditional and the modern, we offer everything from roast veal to innovative rice dishes and dishes such as cold sea and mountain chicken with goose barnacles. The carefully selected wine cellar includes local Garnachas and modern wines from various Spanish appellations.
We highlight the local cured meats, from longaniza de ternasco sausage to butifarras and cheeses from Cinco Villas. We work with organic, biodynamic and homeodynamic agriculture, and offer local products such as oils, boliches from Luesia, chocolates from Sos, ham and mushrooms from the region.
